Boat Bonanza puts its collection feature above the reels: highlighted boats gather instant-prize symbols during free spins. Two highlighted boats on one reel can activate Mega Catch, which collects prizes across the grid. The boat-and-net presentation therefore belongs to a video slot. It is different from Boat Bonanza Rider, a later crash-format title, so the two games should not share instructions simply because their names are similar.
To compare related slots formats, read the rules of Ankh of Anubis Awakening and Book of Dead.
The library also explains the difference between lines, ways and clusters to help put these mechanics in context.
