Mystery Joker strips the slot format back to three reels and traditional fruit symbols. The Joker's hat acts as the Scatter. Three hats start free spins, during which a mystery prize can appear. Two or three more hats can extend that sequence.
The important distinction is its straightforward Scatter count. Chronos Joker also has three reels, but it changes multipliers and holds matching stacks for time-themed re-spins. Mystery Joker has no card-hand rankings despite the word 'Joker' in its title.
