Tome of Madness Bingo brings the Rich Wilde story to numbered video bingo cards. Up to four cards can be active while balls are drawn. The patterns matter more than the occult artwork: a completed perimeter opens Secrets of the Tome, and the Rails pattern opens the Mystery Tome instant prize.

Three distinct feature paths

Secrets of the Tome starts with five picks from sealed choices. Some reveal prize values and others add a pick, up to the game's stated limit. A Rails pattern instead awards the Mystery Tome prize. With all four cards active, a bingo inside the first 30 balls can trigger Treasure of Cthulhu. These conditions should be read separately; one pattern does not automatically activate every feature.

Compare the cards

Viking Runecraft Bingo also uses a perimeter bonus, but its Norse-god feature is different. Tome of Madness adds the Rails and early-bingo paths, making its card configuration important before the draw begins.
